1. The call to the MS will be parked in GMSC

2. HLR will be asked to the actual location of the MS

3. HLR asks VLR for the MSRN(MS roaming number)

4. VLR will send back the MSRN

5. HLR will send datas to the GMSC

6. GMSC is able to route the call to the actual MSC,

the MSC will send this call over the BSS to the MS

Note: all the transferred information between GMSC/HLR/MSC/VLR using NO.7.
